What I do at UK Biobank
I am the PCC Manager responsible for leading, directing and managing the overall Participant Contact Centre and developing its strategy to ensure that our Participants are at the heart of UK Biobank. The PCC Manager is responsible for the professional, effective, and efficient delivery of excellent service to UK Biobank’s participants and the leadership of a team including Advisors, Team Leaders, supported by a Deputy Manager.

Who am I?
I’ve over 10 years of experience working in services and sales within the contact centre environment. My management style is encouraging, supporting and coaching individuals to become superstars at the workplace, I have also enjoyed success in my previous roles with British Gas, Dunelm, Salford Professional Development and Fanatics.
