I am responsible for building effective relationships with Senior Leaders to ensure people are at the forefront of organisational strategy, planning and execution.  Working closely with the  People and Development Partners for Core and Imaging Study.

 

Working with Senior Leaders to understand functional strategy and build people plans that ensure strategic objectives are achieved and that UKB attracts, retains and develops high calibre people.  Helping Senior Leaders identify opportunities and priorities, design effective structures and shape behaviour which positively impacts our culture
