Kate Bugler

 I lead Talent Acquisition at UK Biobank, hiring across the organisation and building a team that genuinely partners with the business. We focus on doing things properly—strong relationships, smart sourcing, and giving candidates a great experience. 

 I’ve worked across a mix of sectors including healthcare, life sciences and engineering, leading on all things Talent Acquisition—from attraction and employer brand through to hiring strategy and delivery. A big part of my role has been building and developing TA teams to support organisation-wide growth.
